These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the ResumePass AI app and this website. By downloading, installing or using ResumePass AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

ResumePass AI provides AI-assisted resume tools: an AI Detector, an AI Rewriter, an ATS Score Checker, an Improve ATS Score tool, Fix My Resume and resume templates. Some tools include a free allowance, and beyond that they require check packs bought inside the app.

AI accuracy

ResumePass AI uses AI and can make mistakes. The AI Detector and AI Rewriter in particular are not 100% accurate, and no AI detection or AI writing tool is. A score or a rewritten resume from this app is a helpful starting point, not a guarantee. Review every result yourself, check all facts, dates and figures, and do not rely only on the app's output when applying for jobs. You are responsible for the final content of any resume you send to an employer. See our Disclaimer.

Accounts

You must give accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app.

Purchases

Check packs are consumable in-app purchases, processed by the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad, and by Google Play on Android, at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase. Checks have no cash value, do not expire, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Refunds for purchases made on iPhone or iPad are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy, and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for purchases made on Android are handled under Google Play's refund policies. Otherwise, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You keep ownership of any resume or content you upload. When you allow AI data sharing, you authorize us to send that content to our third-party AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy, only to produce the result you requested. You confirm you have the right to upload and process the content you submit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ResumePass AI to create fraudulent, misleading or illegal content, or to misrepresent your qualifications, experience or identity in a way meant to deceive an employer or anyone else. You also agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell or abuse the service, including trying to get free checks by manipulating the app.

Apple users

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.

Limitation of liability

ResumePass AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any hiring outcome, job application result, or damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its AI-generated output.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
