A resume carries your name, phone number and work history. Here is how the app treats it.
Nothing is sent without your permission
Before your first upload, the app asks if it can send your resume text to our AI providers. You can turn this off anytime in Account.
Used only for your result
Your text is processed to produce the score or rewrite you asked for. We never sell your data or use it for ads.
Delete your account in the app
Go to Account, then Delete account. Your account and check balance are removed from our servers right away. More about deletion

Is ResumePass AI free?
The app is free to download, and the AI Detector and ATS Score Checker include free tries. After that, you buy a check pack inside the app. There is no subscription.
Which file types can I upload?
PDF and Word (.docx). Scanned PDFs that are only images cannot be read, so use a text-based PDF or the original Word file.
How accurate is the AI Detector?
It is a strong signal, not a verdict. No AI detector is 100% accurate, so treat highlighted lines as suggestions to review. Read our disclaimer for more.
Will the rewriter change my experience or numbers?
It is built to keep your facts, dates and figures and only change wording. Always read the final PDF before you send it, since AI can make mistakes.
Does a higher ATS score guarantee an interview?
No. A better score means your resume is easier for hiring software to read and match. The hiring decision is always made by the employer.
Do my checks expire?
No. Checks stay on your account until you use them. They are tied to your account, so log in with the same email on a new phone to keep them.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Account and tap Delete account. You can also email us. See the account deletion page for details.
