Delete your account

You can delete your ResumePass AI account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete from the app

1. Open ResumePass AI and log in.
2. Tap Account.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Enter your password and tap Delete permanently.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Delete by email

If you cannot open the app, email onlineplagiarismremover@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my ResumePass AI account". We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account login, name and email address
• Your remaining check balances
• Your resume history and saved PDFs on the device you delete from

What is kept

• A free-use counter tied to a random device identifier, not to you, so free tries cannot be reset. It contains no personal information.
• Anonymous AI Detector records for resumes created in the app, which contain only a document ID, a score and highlight positions.
• Purchase records kept by Apple or Google as required by their own policies and by law.
